This module will refresh, recap, and help activate your knowledge of language, ensuring a strong foundation for tackling advanced speaking and fluency tasks in the upcoming modules.

  • Discussing pros and cons
  • Asking a favour, help and encouraging actions

Students will first become familiar with these expressions through sample models and guided practice. They will then apply their learning in breakout rooms on Zoom, engaging in role-play scenarios designed to simulate real-world IT communication challenges.
